VIEROL at Automechanika: Highlights and innovations on over 350 m²

From 10 to 14 September, we will be represented for the first time on two trade fair stands with an exhibition area of over 350 m² and have numerous innovations for our customers. Our commitment to providing the aftermarket with a comprehensive range of perfectly customised product solutions is reflected at Automechanika in our cross-brand ‘EXPERT KITS+’ section. In addition to the product expertise of our quality brands VEMO, VAICO and ACKOJA, we are also setting new standards in terms of service in the spare parts business. Our innovative repair solutions make it easier for workshops to identify and procure parts, while at the same time conserving warehouse resources. We will also be presenting practical service tools such as the newly developed EXPERT KIT-FINDER, which enables repair kits to be identified quickly. Just in time for the trade fair, we will also be presenting our redesigned VAICO website, which features innovative products and an integrated oil finder.

Trade fair highlights – products and innovations

This year, we will be focussing on some particularly noteworthy products and services at our trade fair stands. These include new repair solutions in the EXPERT KIT+ category, including parts kits for the maintenance of PureTech engines, comprehensive kits for the repair of automatic transmissions from the ZF 8HP series, value-for-money solutions for exhaust gas purification, oil change kits for Tesla vehicles and new repair kits for the maintenance of Haldex clutches.

Another highlight is the further developed, database-supported ATF Expert Gear Pro flushing device for automatic transmission service, which we will be presenting for the first time in Hall 9. In combination with our VAICO transmission filter kits, oils with manufacturer approval and other services, we offer workshops an all-round carefree package for a perfect transmission oil change service.

As part of our “GREEN MOBILITY SOLUTIONS”, we will also be presenting new, application-specific spare parts for thermal management and sensor technology that have been specially developed for popular vehicle series such as the Tesla Model 3 and VW ID3/4. These products are the ‘eye-catchers’ at our stand this year.

New workshop services and practical helpers

As a family-run company, we attach particular importance to practical solutions that make day-to-day work in workshops easier. Our self-developed EXPERT KIT-FINDER is a digital service tool that uses advanced AI technology to help workshops identify the right repair kits in just a few steps. Under the motto: ‘1…, 2…, 3…, kit win – 3 clicks to the repair solution’, the EXPERT KIT-FINDER provides support with a user-friendly chat and supplements the results with useful features.

Expert discussions at eye level

Our modern and open stand concept in Hall 6 and Hall 9 focusses on personal discussions, product presentations and interaction. We will be presenting highlights from our VEMO, VAICO and ACKOJA ranges on a 300 m² exhibition area in Hall 6. Particularly noteworthy here are the innovations in the ‘GREEN MOBILITY SOLUTIONS’ area with product solutions for electric and hybrid vehicles.

Pit stop for automatic transmissions – service station in Hall 9

For the first time, we will be represented at Automechanika with two exhibition stands and invite you to make a pit stop at our transmission service station in Hall 9. Here, VAICO’s transmission professionals will be demonstrating how efficiency can be increased when servicing automatic transmissions in the workshop. Everything from a single box and from a single source – that is our claim. In addition to the comprehensive and practice-orientated transmission filter sets in the EXPERT KITS+, the transmission oils ‘Made in Germany’ with manufacturer approval, there is our new fully automated and database-supported flushing device for a perfect transmission oil change.
