Replacement of the cooled EGR-Valve
During the replacement of the cooled EGR-Valve we recommend to replace the gaskets around it as well. This installation instruction helps you not to miss any.

Overview:
Step 1:
Gasket C is sealing the connection between tube and exhaust manifold. The two gaskets D are placed at the connection between the tubes and the EGR-Valve itself and between tube and engine block.
Step 2:
Gasket B is inserted between turbo charger and the particulate filter.
Step 3:
The sealing rings E seal the fuel supply line.
Step 4:
The sealing rings G and F1/F2 seal the connection to the oil return pipe.
